I highly recommend Brett and his Zoom Tech crew. They have serviced every car I have owned since 1992. At an oil change, Brett informed me that my Toyota was burning oil and that there was a "quiet" recall on the car. That is where Toyota won't inform the carowner that there is a problem; but it's up to the carowner to discover the problem and force Toyota to fix it. Well, thanks to Brett Toyota installed a brand new engine in my car after 53,000 miles! At no cost of course.

My sister in law referred us to ZoomTech when we were new to the area over 14years ago. We have been with Brett ever since! He has always taken great care of us, is honest & dependable. Now that he is selling used cars, it is even better, if that were possible! I have bought 2 vehicles from him and am in the process of buying the third. If a vehicle has needed it - I am sure we have had him fix it over the last 14yrs - from oil changes to replacing a transmission & even replacing the vehicle! Brett helped us keep our almost dying vehicles on the road well past when we thought they would need to be replaced. We won't go any where else!

Took my car in for repairs and received a call from the shop advising me of a couple of other items they would check and correct if necessary. They did a wonderful job and I would use their service again when needed.

Zoom Tech is very reliable when it comes to getting an honest opinion from a mechanic. I am happy to make the drive from Slidell just for an oil change or service because I know I can trust what they say and that their prices are fair.

An honest, competent and fairly priced mechanic! Previously, we had taken our car to the Honda dealership 4 times to fix a check engine light and stalled acceleration. Each time they told us it was fixed only to have the light return on the way home or within a few days. Finally, we gave up. My wife found Zoom Tech online because of its good reviews. However, I'm naturally suspicious of all mechanics. Fortunately, my fears were unfounded. Brett diagnosed the problem quickly, which turns out was caused by the Honda dealership in the first place, and fixed it for a lot less than the dealership would have. I've now gone over 1,000 miles problem free. No check engine light and good acceleration.

I've been using Zoomtech for over 7 years , Brett has always been fair and honest! Austin is beyond amazing very professional and explained everything in detail so I could understand what needed to be done . It's hard to find trustworthy mechanics, I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else ! Thanks guys for the great job you did on my vehicle :)

His staff is polite kind and respectful - doing their best to accommodate your schedule and time constraints - His service manager Austin is the best - patient and accommodating. I've been going to Zoom Tech for several years. The service has always been honest and the pricees are very fair. All of the staff are courteous and very knowlegeable. They go above and beyond and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have used Zoom Tech for several years and have yet to be disappointed in their service. The service is great and the employee customer service is great also. Brett & company always check your car and tell you what is needed. There is no pressure to have repairs done that they may recommend when checking your vehicle.

The first time I went for an oil change, they recommended front brakes, but Brett took me in & showed me the brakes. They do not tell you you need something when you don't need it.

They reason they saw I needed brakes was they top up all fluids AND rotate your tires at every oil change, if needed. So make Zoom Tech your mechanic shop!

The folks at Zoom Tech have done a great job the past couple of months looking after my car, and more recently my wifes Jeep as well. They are very professional, fair, honest and reasonably priced. In spite of a parts supply issue from Chrysler, they bent over backwards to accommodate us. We just moved here from the Pacific Norhhwest and all I had to go on were Yelp reviews, and thankfully they were accurate. Any future mechanical issues and I'll be bringing my cars in to Zoom Tech, and highly recommend them to anyone else in need of automotive service.

I love this place! I have had my car in for checkups, repairs and oil changes and every time I go there, they remember my name. I call and they know who I am immediately. The owner has called me a coup,e of times after I have had my car in the shop to make sure I was happy with everything. I get treated with respect and they really do a wonderful job of taking care of my car. I live 30 minutes from Zoom Tech and it's worth the drive every time to bring my car in. They are honest and reasonable priced!

Mr. Brett and his team do fantastic work. Not only that but they are accommodating and willing to work with you on what you need to ensure your car is in peak condition. I have an old and very abused car and he was still able to make it run like almost new after the flywheel went out. Will definitely be bringing my service to him again when the need arises.

Did some research about this shop and was impressed with the reviews. I also had a few phone conversations with Austin at the shop and he was very courteous, professional and helpful. I dropped my volvo suv off for a brake job and the customer service was outstanding. I have nothing but positive things to say about my interactions with Brett (owner), Austin and everyone I had contact with. The services performed appear to be very high quality. I'll keep an eye and ear out for the brakes but I feel confident in the work. As an aside they work lightening fast and have great communication. I found them cheaper than chain shops and they really go out of their way to accommodate you. I used do go to tireworld but if you aren't dropping your car off right at opening of the store you wait very long or just get turned away. Will definitely go back and will sing their praises.
